I had a good stay at Fairhaven. The atmosphere was vibrant and friendly, with lively music that added to the overall experience. The staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring everything was to my liking. I enjoyed a tasty breakfast with plenty of options, and the bar area was cozy with reasonable prices. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to unwind after a long day.
Not one thing to complain about! 😊.

I had a lovely Christmas stay at this hotel! The location is spot on, just a short walk from the tower and shops, making it super convenient. My room was spacious and comfy, and I really enjoyed the friendly staff-they were always happy to help. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, and I loved hanging out in the bar with a pool table!
The area felt a bit run down, and the noise from nearby establishments was a bit disruptive at night. There were a couple of maintenance issues in the room, but the staff did their best to sort them out. Parking could be a hassle too, though they did offer a secure spot at the back, which was great!

Wayne was great, and really friendly. It was a great over night stay, and I would stay again if visiting Blackpool.
Only one thing I would improve about the Fairhaven was the shower - there was no set temperature, it was scalding hot...then freezing cold.

I recently stayed in a small twin room that was perfectly adequate for our three-night trip. The bedding was lovely and immaculately clean, and the pillows were comfortable. I appreciated the thoughtful features in the database, which made navigation easy. I did notice a damp smell in the room, which I mentioned to the cleaner, who explained it was from previous guests.
I encountered a leak when using the sink in the bedroom, which left my son with wet feet. the room's size became a drawback on the third night when noise from the adjacent room disrupted our sleep.

The hotel was very clean, the beds were amazingly soft an comfy, an the little chocolates placed on the pillow was a lovely gesture. The staff were friendly and very very helpful. The freedom to come and go was also good as we were given a key to the front door. The main nightlife, the beach etc was a short walk away. All in all I don't think we could have picked a better place to stay, will definatly be booking here next year.
